| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu aplikace metodiky Lean Six Sigma ve firmě, která vyrábí produkty pro hazardní průmysl, konkrétně míchačky karet. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zefektivnit nejpalčivější problém ve firmě INCOME, spol. s r. o., který byl následně řešen nástrojem DMAIC. Nejprve byl problém definován ve fázi Define jako Nedostatek frézovaných dílů včas na skladě. Následně proběhlo mapování procesu výroby míchaček, který byl zúžen na proces frézování. V dalším kroku, resp. fázi Measure, byly změřeny potřebné údaje a vypracován seznam potenciálních kořenových příčin. Ve fázi Analyze byly spočítána vybraná měřítka a proběhla analýza sesbíraných dat, které potvrdily kořenové příčiny. Ve fázi Improve se navrhly řešení potvrzených příčin – Kanban systém a kontrola frézky na základě frézovacích časů. Poslední fáze Control předložila způsob kontroly implementovaných řešení. |

| Abstract: | Master’s Thesis deals with the application of Lean Six Sigma methodology in a company that manufactures products for the gambling industry, specifically card shuffling machines. The main aim of the thesis was to increase the efficiency of the most pressing problem in the company INCOME, spol. s r. o. which was subsequently solved by DMAIC. At first, the problem was defined in the Define phase as A Lack of milled plastic parts in stock on time. Afterward, the process of the shuffling machine production was mapped and was narrowed down to the milling process. In the next step, resp. Measure phase, the necessary data was measured, and a list of potential root causes was drawn up. In the Analyse phase, the selected measures were calculated and the collected data were analyzed to confirm the root causes. In the Improve phase, solutions to confirmed causes were proposed – Kanban system and controlling of the miller based on milling times. The last phase, Control, presented a way of checking the implemented solutions. |
