| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na trainee programy v podmínkách obchodního řetězce v transnacionální společnosti. Teoretická část je věnována pozici obchodního řetězce a absolventů na trhu práce a talent managementu. Praktická část je potom zaměřena na návrh trainee programu vytvořeného mateřskou společností a jeho aplikací na lokální podmínky v České republice. Koncept je posouzen na základě kulturních rozdílů dle Hofstedeho dimenzí a dvou dalších teorií. Požadavky jednotlivých generací byly zkoumány pomocí vlastního dotazníkového šetření. Kromě toho byla použita analýza konkurenční nabídky. Poznatky byly vyhodnoceny a byl vytvořen návrh programu. Hlavní doporučení je vytvoření kratší verze programu, která splňuje požadavky českého trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on trainee program in retail chain conditions in transnational company. The theoretical part is dedicated to the position of retail chains and graduates on labour market and to talent management. Practical part is focused on design of trainee program made by parent company and its application in local conditions in the Czech Republic. This concept is reviewed based on cultural differences in both countries according to Hofstede’s dimensions and two other theories. Requirements of generations are researched per own questionnaire survey. In addition, competition analysis was used. Findings were evaluated and the program proposal was created. The main recommendation is to create a shorter version of program, which meets the requirements of the Czech labour market. |
