| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je srovnat přístup k získávání zaměstnanců mezi personálními agenturami a firmami, které tyto agentury nevyužívají. V teoretické části práce je vymezen teoretický základ získávání zaměstnanců a problematika personálních agentur. V praktické části je proveden kvantitativní výzkum v podobě dotazníkového šetření, který je doplněný rozhovorem s recruiterem z IT firmy a z vlastních zkušeností autorky z působení v rámci personální agentury zaměřené na obor informačních technologií. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to compare the approach to recruiting employees between personnel agencies and companies that do not use agencies. The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis of recruitment and personnel agencies. The practical part contains a market research questionnaire, which is supplemented by an interview with an IT recruiter and also with the author’s own experience from IT recruitment agency. |
