| Abstract: | Účelem této bakalářské práce je popsat proces zavedení ERP systému ve středním podnikua zhodnotit úspěšnost procesu po více než 15 letech. Hlavním cílem je posouzení úspěšnostinasazení systému a případné (ne)dosažení předpokládaných výsledků. V teoretické části jepopsána historie, vývoj, účel a postup zavádění ERP systémů do malých a středních podniků,zatímco praktická část popisuje implementaci konkrétního ERP systému do českéhopodniku a porovnává teorií s praxí. V neposlední řadě je cílem poukázat na problémy, kteréimplementaci provázely, stejně jako zhodnotit míru dosažení prvotních očekávání a pokusitse odpovědět na otázku, do jaké míry je systém pro podnik stále přínosem. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe the process of implementation of ERP systeminto the mid-sized business and evaluate the process after more than 15 years. The main goalis to evaluate the success rate of deployment of the system and potential (not)accomplishingof assumed goals. In the theoretical part is described history, evolution, purpose and theprinciple of implementation of ERP systems into small and medium businesses while practicalpart describes the implementation of specific ERP system to Czech business and comparesthe theory with praxis. Finally, the goal is to point out to problems that accompanied theimplementation as well as evaluate the rate of success of primal expectations and try toanswer the question, how much is the system still contributing to the business. |
