| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými logistickými procesy ve výrobním podniku Anheuser-Busch InBev a prováděním analýzy těchto logistických procesů ve společnosti z pohledu Průmyslu 4.0 V teoretické časti jsou uvedené základní pojmy z oblasti logistiky a Průmyslu 4.0. V praktické časti je představení společnosti, její historie a aktuální místo na trhu. Dále jsou popsané vybrané logistické procesy společnosti a jejich analýza, která byla udělaná pomocí následujících nástrojů: PESTLE a SWOT analýzy, analýza procesů z pohledu trendů Průmyslu 4.0 a dotazník „Hodnocení digitální zralosti firmy AB-InBev“. V závěrečné kapitole jsou nabízené doporučení pro budoucí vývoj firmy a zlepšení fungování těchto vybraných procesů z pohledu Průmyslu 4.0. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with selected logistics processes in the company Anheuser-Busch InBev and analysis these logistics processes in the company from the perspective of Industry 4.0 There are basic concepts of logistics and Industry 4.0, which are presented in the theoretical part. The practical part introduces the company, its history and current position on the market. Furthermore, selected logistics processes of the company and their analysis are described with help of the following tools: PESTLE and SWOT analysis, processes analysis from the perspective of Industry 4.0 trends and survey "Evaluation of digital maturity of AB-InBev". There are few recommendations suggested for the future development of the company and improving the functioning of these selected processes from the perspective of Industry 4.0 in the final chapter. |
