| Abstract: | Diplomová práce analyzuje využití finančních prostředků z evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů v regionu NUTS II Jihovýchod se zaměřením na programové období 2007-2013 a 2014-2020. Využití evropských fondů je sledováno s ohledem na regionální rozvoj. Jsou porovnány výsledky regionu NUTS II Jihovýchod s ostatními regiony soudržnosti a se strategií Evropa 2020. Poznatky z analýzy EU fondů a socioekonomické charakteristiky regionu jsou zpracovány do analýzy PEST a analýzy SWOT. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis analyses the use of European structural and investment funds in the NUTS II Southeast Cohesion Region with a focus on the program period 2007-2013 and 2014-2020. The use of EU funds is analysed regarding regional development. The results of the Southeast region are compared to the other cohesion regions and the Europe 2020 strategy. The findings of the EU funds analysis and the socio-economic characteristics of the region are processed into the PEST analysis and the SWOT analysis. |
