| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou studentského programu ve vybrané společnosti z pohledu výběru studentů, jejich motivace, adaptace a jejich odchodu ze společnosti. Cílem práce je navrhnout zlepšení jeho koncepce tak, aby vyhovoval jak společnosti, tak jeho účastníkům. K dosažení určeného cíle je použita kvalitativní metoda rozhovorů se vzorkem různých skupin současných a bývalých účastníků studentského programu a vzorkem vedoucích pracovníků a také kvantitativní metoda dotazníkového šetření, jehož respondenti byli všichni současní a bývalí účastníci studentského programu a vybraní vedoucí pracovníci. Využití jak kvalitativní, tak kvantitativní metody výzkumu mělo za cíl provést komplexní náhled na danou problematiku. Přínosem této práce je analýza současného stavu a návrh opatření vedoucích ke změně koncepce programu a zlepšení procesů s ním spojených. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of the student program in a selected company from the perspective of a student’s selection process, their motivation, adaptation process and their leaving from the company. The aim of this thesis is to propose an improvement of its concept to suit both, the company and participants of the program. To achieve this goal, a method of interviews with a sample of different groups of a current and former student programme participants and a sample of executives is used, as well as a method of questonnaire survey where the respondets were all current and former participants of the student program and selected executives. Use of both methods provides a comprehensive view of this issue. The contribution of this thesis is the analysis of the current state of the student program and proposals aimed to change the concept of this program and improvement of processes connected to it. |
