| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výběru vhodných podílových fondů k investici na základě teorie vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Čtenář je v ní seznámen s fungováním trhu kolektivního investování, dále je zhodnocena výhodnost investování do podílových fondů, a jsou zde popsány základní kritéria pro jejich výběr. Další část se věnuje teorii rozhodování, konkrétně představení metod odhadu vah a metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány na rozhodovací investiční situace dvou investorů s rozdílnými preferencemi. Za pomoci metod váženého součtu (WSA), TOPSIS, ELECTRE III a metody párového srovnání pro odhad vah kritérií je provedena analýza otevřených podílových fondů investiční společnosti Conseq. Výsledky jednotlivých metod jsou porovnány a s přihlédnutím k zájmům investorů jsou udělena příslušná investiční doporučení. Práce má tedy za cíl nabídnout alternativní pohled na výběr podílových fondů a poskytnout představeným investorům množinu podílových fondů, která je pro ně nejvýhodnější. Práce tak může být inspirací v reálných rozhodovacích situacích. Přínosem je i porovnání výsledků využitých metod a s tím související zhodnocení jejich vhodnosti použití. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is concerned with selecting the usable unit trust for investment based on multiple criteria decision making theory. Its first part is about the operation of market of collective investment, expediency evaluation of investment in unit trust and basic criteria for their choice. The next part is devoted to decision making theory, more specifically about introducing theories of weight estimation and multiple criteria evaluation. In the practical part, these methods are applied on investment decision making situation of two investors with different preferences. The analysis of open unit trusts of the investment company Conseq is carried out with the method of weighted sum approach method (WSA), TOPSIS, ELECTRE III and pairwise comparison method for estimation of criteria weights. The results of individual methods are compared and together with evaluation of investors’ interests are used to provide specific investment recommendation. The thesis offers an alternative approach of selecting unit trusts and provides the investors a set of the most usable unit trusts. It can therefore help in real decision making situations. The thesis is beneficial in bringing comparison of used methods and the related evaluation of their suitability. |
