| Abstract: | Cil mé bakalářské práce je analýza fiskálních politik Ruské federace, konkrétně penzijní reformu, přijaté v roce 2018 a zvýšení sazby daní z přidané hodnoty. Teoretická část je zaměřena na studium pojmů, které jsou nutné pro pochopení a zpracování uvedené problematiky. Praktická část je zaměřená na zkoumaní důvodu a efektů těchto rozhodnutí. Práce také obsahuje popis analýzu rozvoje fondů Ruské federace pro období 2014-2019. Součástí shrnutí jsou vlastní doporučení a názory na danou problematiku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is to analyze the fiscal policies of the Russian Federation, namely the pension reform adopted in 2018 and the increase in the value-added tax rate. The theoretical part is focused on the study of concepts that are necessary for understanding and processing the issue. The practical part is focused on examining the reasons and effects of these decisions. The thesis also contains an analysis of the development of funds of the Russian Federation for the period 2014-2019. The summary includes subjective recommendations and opinions on the issue. |
