| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda interní kontroly mají vliv na strategii firmy. Mezi dílčí cíle patří ověření, zda mají interní kontroly vliv také na budoucí směřování firmy nebo zda má typ firmy dle strategie vliv na finanční výkonnost. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část definuje základní pojmy z prostředí interních kontrolních systémů a představuje typologii firmy, ze které vychází část praktická. Praktická část se věnuje vyhodnocení hypotéz prostřednictvím analýzy výsledků z kvantitativního výzkumu řešeného dotazníkovým šetřením nejprve pomocí explorační faktorové analýzy, poté binární logistické regrese a následně lineární regrese. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this diploma thesis was to determine whether internal controls affect the company strategy. Secondary goals were whether internal controls affects also future direction of the company or whether financial performance is also influenced by the set type of the firm based on a strategy. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The first part defines basic concepts of the internal control systems and presents the typology of the company. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of hypotheses by analyzing the results of quantitative research solved by the questionnaire first using Exploratory Factor Analysis, then Binary Logistic Regression and finally Linear Regression. |
