| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá především přínosy a riziky (omezeními) konceptu Průmysl 4.0 a jeho dopady na trh práce. Hlavním cílem je charakterizovat Průmysl 4.0 v České republice se zaměřením na dopad na trh práce s následným zhodnocením uplatnění Průmyslu 4.0 ve vybrané společnosti. Pro analýzu společnosti byly použity metody kvalitativního výzkumu – analýza dokumentů, hloubkový polostrukturovaný rozhovor a případová studie. Za pomocí těchto metod byly získány všechny potřebné informace, které byly následně zhodnoceny. Na základě zhodnocení bylo navrženo doporučení pro zanalyzovanou společnost. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že implementace Průmyslu 4.0 přinesla společnosti více přínosů než rizik a spokojenost zaměstnanců stoupla až na 78 %. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals mainly with the benefits and risks (constraints) of the Industry 4.0 concept and its impact on the labor market. The main objective is to characterize Industry 4.0 in the Czech Republic with a focus on the impact on the labor market with subsequent evaluation of the application of Industry 4.0 in the selected company. The qualitative research methods – document analysis, in-depth semi-structured interview and case study – were used for the company analysis. Using these methods all necessary information was gathered and evaluated. Based on the evaluation, a recommendation for the analyzed company was proposed. Research has shown that the implementation of Industry 4.0 has brought more benefits than risks to the company and employee satisfaction has risen to 78 %. |
