| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podnikatelským plánem pro založení cestovní kanceláře Zažij USA, specializující se na služby individuálního plánování dovolené na míru klientům, kteří chtějí vycestovat do Spojených států amerických. Teoretická část obsahuje úvod do cestovního ruchu a jeho specifik včetně struktury podnikatelského plánu. Metodologická část přibližuje vlastní kvantitativní výzkum polostrukturovanými rozhovory s klienty zkušebních dovolených a potenciálními klienty. Praktická část se věnuje sestavení konkrétního podnikatelského plánu s aplikovanými poznatky z metodologické části. Závěr obsahuje zhodnocení projektu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis addresses the business plan for establishing a travel agency Zažij USA, which provides individual traveling and custom travel design for clients to United States of America. Theoretical part defines the structure of business plan and tourism background of the plan. In the methodological part, qualitative research of semi-structured interviews with real customers and potential customers was conducted. Practical part shows the actual business plan. At the very end of the diploma thesis, there is an evaluation of the whole project. |
