| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat postavení žen s dětmi na trhu práce v přeloučském regionu a identifikovat silné a slabé stránky nabídky prorodinných opatření. Přínos práce spočívá v návrhu řešení, která by mohla zlepšit danou situaci. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část vymezuje základní pojmy tématu a zachycuje postavení žen v hlavních ekonomických ukazatelích. Druhá část analyzuje problematiku v daném regionu za pomoci analýzy sekundárních dat a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Pomocí těchto metod jsou ověřovány předem stanovené hypotézy. Závěr práce tvoří doporučení směrem k přeloučským zaměstnavatelům i zástupům města Přelouč. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze the position of women with children in the labour market in the district of Přelouč and to identify strengths and weaknesses of the provided pro-family oriented measures. The benefit of this paper lies in designing solutions that could improve the situation. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part defines the basic concepts of the topic and captures the position of women using the main economic indicators. The second part analyzes the situation in the Přelouč district. The methodology of the practical part consists of a secondary data analysis, an evaluated questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. These methods are used to verify predetermined hypotheses. In conclusion part the thesis offers improvement recommendations to the representatives of the town council and employers of the district. |
