| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení konkrétního návrhu revitalizace v oblasti přednádraží v Říčanech z hlediska jejího funkčního znovu zapojení do života obce. Zhodnocení je provedeno porovnáním vypracované PEST analýzy se strategickými dokumenty obce a s plánovaným návrhem revitalizace. Cílem je zhodnotit, do jaké míry návrh reaguje na strategický plán města a zda se shoduje s objektivními závěry plynoucími z PEST analýzy. V teoretické části je definována terminologie a v praktické části je provedena analýza, srovnání a zhodnocení. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na tvorbu obecné metodiky pro revitalizace brownfieldů. Podle zjištěných skutečností je vypracován návrh metodiky, kterou lze použít v obdobném případě revitalizace brownfieldů. Proces revitalizace je komplexním a velmi náročným procesem, ale při důsledném respektování všech vstupních faktorů má z ekonomického a sociokulturního hlediska řadu pozitivních přínosů pro obec i její širší okolí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to evaluate a project on the revitalization of the train station area in Říčany. The evaluation part is done by comparing a PEST analysis with municipal strategic planning documents and the project on revitalization. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the similarity between the strategic documents, PEST analysis and the project on revitalization and how the project is related to the documents. In the theoretical part, there is the key terminology explained and in the practical part, there is the analysis, comparison and evaluation given. According to the ascertained facts, in the last part there is a general methodology for the process of revitalizing formed. The methodology can be used in similar cases of brownfields revitalization. The process of a brownfield revitalization is a very complex and difficult problematics, however if the process is done carefully, the final economic, social and cultural impact on the city and its surrounding is positive and profitable. |
