| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce obsahuje strategickou a finanční analýzu leasingové společnosti Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Česká republika s.r.o. Práce je složená z metodické a praktické části. V metodické části jsou popsané metody strategické a finanční analýzy. Praktická část zahrnuje výsledky finanční analýzy v letech 2007-2017 v porovnání s konkurencí a výsledky strategické analýzy. Závěr práci obsahuje celkové výsledné hodnocení společnosti. |

Metodical part describes techniques of strategic and financial analysis. Practical part includes results of financial analysis from 2007 to 2017 in comparison with competitors and also outcomes of strategic analysis. Final evaluation of the company is described at the end of the thesis. |
