| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit tržní hodnotu společnosti Ernst Leopold s.r.o. k datu ocenění, tj. k 1. 1. 2019, za účelem případného prodeje 100 % podílu. Teoretická část této diplomové práce vytváří náhled do problematiky oceňování podniku a základ pro následnou aplikaci v části praktické. V praktické části byla nejprve představena oceňovaná společnost a provedena strategická a finanční analýza. Jelikož dané analýzy potvrdily předpoklad going concern, byly provedeny další analýzy a postupy pro provedení výnosového ocenění společnosti spočívající v rozdělení aktiv na provozně nutná a nepotřebná, prognóze generátorů hodnoty a z nich sestaveného finančního plánu. Následně bylo provedeno samotné ocenění společnosti metodou DCF entity. Jako doplňkové bylo provedeno ocenění metodou odvětvových multiplikátorů a účetní hodnoty vlastního kapitálu na bázi historických cen. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of Ernst Leopold s.r.o. to date of the valuation, 1 January 2019, for the purpose of eventual sale of a 100% interest. The theoretical part of this thesis provides an insight into the issue of business valuation and the basis for subsequent application in the practical part. In the practical part, the valuated company was first introduced and a strategic and financial analysis were made. As the analyzes confirmed the assumption of going concern, further analyzes and procedures regarding to income valuation were made. These procedures are dividing assets into operationally necessary and unnecessary, forecasting the generators of value and the financial plan drawn up from them. Subsequently, the value of the company was determined on the basis of the method DCF entity. In addition, valuation using the method of sector multipliers and the book value of equity based on historical prices were used. |
