| Abstract: | Esta tesis de maestría tiene como objetivo estudiar sobre el entorno empresarial del Perú, considerar los posibles riesgos existentes y realizar un análisis PEST y FODA del país, el trabajo estará siempre enfocado al comercio con la República Checa. La tesis tiene tres partes: La primera da a conocer la terminología y teoría a ser usada durante el desarrollo de esta investigación, así también, presenta los criterios para tener en consideración al momento de estudiar el entorno empresarial del país. La segunda parte presenta al Perú y a la República Checa, ahonda sobre los convenios bilaterales y de cooperación comercial que ya existen entre ambos países y habla sobre las entidades y órganos que sirven de apoyo al comercio exterior. En esta sección, sobre todo, se realiza el análisis de los escenarios a considerar: riesgos, análisis PEST y FODA. Como último, la tercera parte recapitula y concluye los resultados que se desprendieron durante el estudio, además de ello, propone recomendaciones y consideraciones a los agentes implicados en la mejora del entorno empresarial del Perú. |

| Abstract: | This master's thesis aims to study the business environment of Peru, consider the possible existing risks and perform a PEST and SWOT analysis of the country, the work will be focused on trade with the Czech Republic. The thesis has three parts: The first discloses the terminology and theory to be used during the development of this research, as well as presenting the criteria to consider when studying the business environment of the country. The second part presents Peru and the Czech Republic, delves into the bilateral and commercial cooperation agreements that already exist between the two countries and details about the entities and organizations that support foreign trade. Moreover, in this section takes place the analysis of the Peruvian business environment: risks, PEST and SWOT analysis. Finally, the third part recapitulates and concludes the results that emerged during the study, in addition to that, it proposes recommendations and considerations to the agents involved in improving Peru's business environment. |

| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl zkoumat podnikatelské prostředí Peru, zvážit možná existující rizika a provést PEST a SWOT analýzu dané země, práce bude zaměřena na obchod s Českou republikou. Tato diplomová práce má tři části: První část popisuje terminologie a teorie, které se mají použít při vývoji tohoto výzkumu, dále uvádí kritéria, která je třeba vzít v úvahu při studiu podnikatelského prostředí. Druhá část představuje Peru a Českou republiku, prozkoumá bilaterální a obchodní dohody o spolupráci, které již mezi oběma zeměmi existují, a uvádí subjekty a orgány podporující zahraničního obchodu. Tato část se především věnují analýze podnikatelského prostředí Peru: analýza rizik, PEST a SWOT analýza. Třetí část shrnuje výsledky, které se objevily během studie, kromě toho navrhuje doporučení a návrhy agentům zapojeným do zlepšování podnikatelského prostředí Peru. |
