| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na systémy hromadné obsluhy a jejich simulaci v oblasti schvalování úvěrů. První část práce se zabývá teoretickou znalostí problematiky teorie front a poskytuje shrnutí poznatků v dané oblasti. Stručně se také zabývá úvodem do simulace. Cílem praktické části práce je optimalizovat počet zaměstnanců a nastavit kritické doby čekání a doby v systému pro oblast schvalování úvěrů. Toho je dosaženo prostřednictvím simulačního modelu. Model je postaven na reálných datech, jejichž analýzou byly určeny stochastické proměnné v modelu. Simulace využívá metody Monte Carlo. K realizaci dílčích cílů je využit statistický software SAS. |

| Abstract: | Thesis is focused on queuing theory and simulation of system in the area of credit approving. First part of thesis deals with queuing theory. It also contains a brief introduction to simulation. The aim of the practical part of thesis is to optimize the number of employees and set critical limit for waiting time and time in the system. Aims are achieved by a simulation. The model is based on real data. It was analyzed and the stochastic variables in model were described. The simulation uses the method Monte Carlo. The statistical software SAS is used in the practical part of thesis. |
