| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je komerční využití nesídelních far na území Arcidiecéze pražské. Zabývá se vznikem tohoto souboru nemovitostí a historickými událostmi, které určovaly jeho podobu. Zkoumá sociální, demografické a ekonomické faktory formující současný stav těchto objektů a navrhuje postup jejich budoucí možné využití. Na základě kvalitativního výzkumu zainteresovaných osob je tedy zpracován návrh dalšího postupu farností, které tyto objekty vlastní, včetně zacílení na možné dlouhodobé nájemce, metodiku jejich výběru a metodiku dlouhodobých nájemních smluv. |

| Abstract: | The theme of the Master’s Thesis is a search for commercial use of non-residential rectories situated in the Archdiocese of Prague. It researches the origin of these immovable properties and their changes in thoughout history. It also researches social, demographic and economic factors that formed today‘s state of rectories and suggests future possible use. On the basis of qualitative research of interested persons, the draft of future steps is drawn. The draft also consists of targeting possible long-term tenants, methods of their selection and metodics of long-term lease agreements. |
