| Abstract: | Obsahem této bakalářské práce je strategická analýza společnosti Stars Group Inc., které je lídremna trhu online pokeru. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, s důrazemna konkurenční prostředí, pochopení trhu a možnosti implementace lokální strategie. Práce jerozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována popisu základních pojmů,technik, nástrojů a metod strategické analýzy. Tyto nástroje jsou následně aplikovány na vybranouspolečnost v rámci praktické části. Výstupy těchto analýz jsou na závěr shrnuty pomocí SWOTanalýzy a na jejich základě jsou pro společnost navržena strategická doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on strategic analysis of the company Stars Group Inc., a leader inthe online poker market. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the internal and external environment,with an emphasis on the competitive environment, understanding the market and the possibility toimplement a local strategy. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoreticalpart is devoted to the description of basic concepts, techniques, tools and methods used in strategicanalysis. These tools are subsequently applied in the practical part to conduct a strategic analysis ofchosen company. Finally, the results of these analyses are synthesized using SWOT analysis andrecommendations based on these analyses are proposed. |
