| Abstract: | Cílem práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu otevření pivní restaurace v Praze. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje základní charakteristiky, strukturu a obsah podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části je zpracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán obsahující popis podnikatelského záměru, popis cílového trhu, analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostřední, marketingový, realizační a finanční plán. Součástí praktické části je i aplikace plánovacího nástroje Lean Canvas. Hlavním cílem praktické části je zhodnocení realizovatelnosti a životaschopnosti podnikatelského záměru. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to create a business plan to launch a beer restaurant in Prague. The work consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristics, structure and content of a business plan. In the practical section there is the specific business plan drawn up, containing a description of the business idea and the target market, analysis of the external and internal environment and the marketing plan, implementation plan and the financial plan. Part of the practical section is also an application of the Lean Canvas model. The main objective of the practical part is to assess a feasibility and a viability of the business plan. |
