| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá v prvé části aktuálním stavem sektoru obnovitelných zdrojů energie v České republice a to především v kontextu současných změn legislativního rámce. Práce nejprve uvádí současný stav sektoru a předpoklady jeho dalšího rozvoje v letech 2020-2030. Dále se práce zabývá změnami možných forem podpory obnovitelných zdrojů energie vyplývajících z požadavků legislativy EU a jejich promítnutím do českého právního systému. Následující část pojednává o aukčním systému v Německu s předpokladem obdobných postupů v České republice. Teoretickou část práce uzavírají záležitosti nákladnosti podpory a jejího financování. Praktická část práce se zabývá možností výstavby konkrétního zdroje a to malé vodní elektrárny Děčín ve změněných podmínkách a navazuje tak na moji bakalářskou práci, kterou jsem zpracoval v roce 2015 jejímž tématem byl podnikatelské záměr na výstavbu této malé vodní elektrárny. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the current role of renewable energy sources in the Czech Republic in terms of ongoing changes to the legal framework. Firstly, the thesis presents the current status of the renewable energy sources and the possibilities of further development of the sector between 2020 and 2030. Next, the thesis examines the potential changes to the subsidy system for renewable energy sources arising from EU legislative requirements and their impact on the Czech legal system. Subsequent section of the thesis evaluates the auction system for renewable energy in Germany, considering application of similar procedures in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part concludes with the evaluation of the costs and forms of financing of the renewable energy subsidies. The applied section of the thesis consist of an elaborated business plan for the construction of the MVE Děčín hydroelectric power plant after changes to the legal framework and builds upon my bachelor thesis elaborated in 2015. |
