| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce „Ekonomické a právní aspekty zavedení elektronické evidencetržeb v České republice v roce 2016“ je provést analýzu hospodářsko-politických dopadůzavedení systému elektronické evidence tržeb v ČR v letech 2016-2018. Teoretická část prácevysvětluje základní pojmy týkající se daňové problematiky, elektronické evidence tržeb, šedéekonomiky a hospodářské soutěže. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu systému EET ČR,jeho srovnání s chorvatským modelem a zpracování výsledků dotazníkového šetřenítýkajícího se EET. Na základě provedené analýzy je sestavena SWOT matice, která poskytujepřehled silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb systému EET. V rámci závěrečnéekonomické diskuse jsou formulována hospodářsko-politická doporučení, která se opírajípředevším o výsledky provedených analýz. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis „Economical and legal aspects of the introduction ofregistration of sales in the Czech Republic in 2016“ is to analyze the economic and politicalimpacts of the introduction of the registration of sales system in the Czech Republic in 2016-2018. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to tax issues, the registration ofsales, the informal economy and the economic competition. The practical part contains ananalysis of the registration of sales system in Czech, its comparison with the Croatian modeland processing the results of the questionnaire survey concerning the registration of salessystem. The SWOT matrix is compiled on the basis of the analyses, which provides anoverview of the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the registration of salessystem. The economic-political recommendations are formulated based mainly on the resultsof the performed analyzes within the final economic discussion.Klíčová |
