| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zaměstnávání Romů v Ústeckém kraji. Tento výzkum je brán z pohledu zaměstnanců, tedy Romů, a bere v potaz jejich osobní názor při problematice diskriminace romské etniky na trhu práce. Teoretické část práce se zaměřuje na nedokonalosti trhu práce, tedy nerovnováhu nabídky a poptávky tohoto výrobního faktoru zvanou nezaměstnanost a její dlouhodobé důsledky. Dále je zde charakterizována romská menšina či sociální vyloučení. Práce obsahuje charakteristiku Ústeckého kraje. V odborné části je přiblížen jeden z programů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti zaměřený právě na dlouhodobě nezaměstnané Romy – Asistent prevence kriminality. V této práci je realizován výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty tohoto dotazníku byli občané romské národnosti žijící v Ústeckém kraji. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že se Romové cítí být diskriminováni na trhu práce. Dále je dokázáno, že Romové nesprávně definují pojem diskriminace a za diskriminační považují chování, které takové není. Další otázku, kterou výzkum zodpověděl je, zda se Romové spoléhají na sebe a rodinu nebo na stát co se týče finanční nouze. Odpovědí je, že žádají pomoc od státního aparátu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the problematic issues of employing the Romanies in Ústecký region. This research is taken from the view of employees, that means the Romanies, and it takes into an account their personal opinion about the issue of discrimination of Roma ethnic group at labor market. Theoretical part of the paper focus on imperfections of labor market, that means disequilibrium of supply and demand of this productive factor, which is called unemployment, and its long-term consequences. Next, there is characterized Roma minority or social exclusion. This thesis also concentrate on characteristics of Ústecký region. One of programs of active politics of employment focused right on long-term unemployed Romains – an Assistant of prevention of criminality, is described in the specialized part of the thesis. For the research was chosen the method of questionnaire survey. Respondents of that questionnaire were Roma inhabitants of Ústecký region. The results of my research show that the Romains feel to be discriminated at labor market. Next, there is proved that the Romains define incorrectly the term “discrimination” and they find discriminative the behavior which in fact is not discriminative. Next question, which the research has answered, is whether the Romains rely on themselves and family or on the state when it comes to financial lack. The research found out that they ask for help from state apparatus. |
