| Abstract: | Primárním cílem této práce je prozkoumat problematiku v oblasti nastavování cílů v multirodinných firmách. Práce úspěšně analyzuje osobní, rodinné a firemní cíle vlastníků multirodinné firmy a míru jejich sladění. V teoretické části práce představuje aktuální poznatky z oblasti rodinných a multirodinných firem. Po těchto tématech práce přibližuje komplexitu nastavování cílů v tomto typu firem. Samotný kvalitativní výzkum je prováděn formou případové studie na vybranou multirodinnou firmu. Praktická část práce mapuje proces nastavování cílů a diverzitu jednotlivých cílů vlastníků firmy a shodu těchto cílů s realitou. |

| Abstract: | The primary goal of this paper is to explore the issue of goal setting in multi-family businesses. The thesis analyzes personal, family and company goals of multi-family business owners and the degree of their harmonization. In the theoretical part the paper presents current research in the field of family and multi-family business. After these topics the work zooms in on the complexity of goal setting in this type of companies. The research itself is carried out in the form of a case study on a selected multi-family firm. The practical part of the thesis maps the process of goal setting and diversity of individual goals of company owners and the conformity of these goals with reality. |
