| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou tří faktorů ovlivňujících návrat žen na trh práce po rodičovské dovolené. Zkoumanými faktory jsou podpora žen na rodičovské dovolené, flexibilita pracovních úvazků a několikaleté vyloučení žen z pracovního procesu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit tyto faktory a určit, který z nich ženy v České republice nejvíce ovlivňuje. Jednotlivé faktory jsou analyzovány na základě dat z databází ČSÚ, Eurostat a OECD.V teoretické části je podrobně popsána finanční podpora ze strany státu, ale také ze strany zaměstnavatelů. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou celků, přičemž první část je věnována analýze jednotlivých faktorů. V druhé části je významnost faktorů určena pomocí výstupů dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnil velký počet žen na rodičovské dovolené a žen, které jsou již zpět v zaměstnání. Na základě výsledků analýzy bylo zjištěno, že největším problémem návratu žen na pracovní trh a rychlého začlenění do pracovního procesu je zejména nízká podpora služeb péče o předškolní děti a nízká podpora flexibilních úvazků v ČR. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of three factors influencing the return of women to the labour market after parental leave. The examined factors are the support of women on parental leave, the flexibility of working hours and the exclusion of women from labour market. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate these factors and determine which of them is influencing women in the Czech Republic the most. Individual factors are analysed based on data acquired from the Czech Statistical Office, Eurostat and OECD.The theoretical part describes financial support obtained from the government, but also from the private sector - employers. The practical part is divided into two subsections, the first subsection is devoted to the analysis of individual factors and the second subsection determines the importance of these factors, using output from questionnaires that were completed by women that are currently on parental leave or by women who are already back in work. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the greatest problem of women's return to the labour market and their rapid integration into the labour process is mainly due to low support of pre-school childcare services and low support of flexible work schedule in the Czech Republic. |
