| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat využívání částečných pracovních úvazků ženami v České republice a Nizozemí mezi lety 2000-2018. Výzkumná otázka zní: „Proč je ženami v Nizozemí využíváno poměrně více možnosti práce na částečný úvazek než v České republice?“ Práce zahrnuje definice pojmů z oblasti trhu práce, mateřské a rodičovské dovolené a služeb péče o dítě. Dále se teoretická část zabývá jevem stárnoucí populace a porodností. V praktické části jsou porovnány podmínky mateřské a rodičovské dovolené a institucionální zabezpečení v obou zemích. Následně je zkoumána dostupnost služeb péče o dítě pomocí analýzy dat a dotazníkového šetření. Na problematiku je nahlédnuto také z pozice zaměstnavatelů, je realizován rozhovor v obou zemích a porovnány náklady zaměstnavatelů na zaměstnance v rámci sociálního zabezpečení. V práci bylo potvrzeno, že v České republice je nedostatečná nabídka služeb péče o dítě, jenž je jedním z důvodů nízkého využívání částečných pracovních úvazků ženami. Na závěr jsou uvedena doporučení pro Českou republiku, která by podpořila využívání částečných pracovních úvazků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze the part-time work usage of women in the Czech Republic and in the Netherlands between 2000-2018. The research question is: Why is the part-time work usage of women in the Netherlands relatively higher than in the Czech Republic? The work includes definitions of terms from the labor market, maternity and parental leave and childcare services. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the phenomenon of aging population and birthrate. The practical component compares the conditions of maternity and parental leave and institutional security in both countries. Additionally, the thesis reviewes the availability of childcare services using data analysis and a questionnaire. The issue is also viewed from the position of employers, interviewed in both countries and employers' costs of employees in the social security are compared. The thesis confirmed that there is insufficient supply of childcare services in the Czech Republic, which is one of the reasons for the low part-time work usage of women. Finally, recommendations are provided for the Czech Republic that would support the use of part-time work. |
