| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje současný stav využívání flexibilních úvazků ve státní správě a samosprávě v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretické část práce popisuje aktuální situaci na trhu práce a zabývá se jednotlivými typy úvazků. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na alternativní úvazky, u nichž se věnuje benefitům, které tato forma zaměstnávání přináší, zaobírá se ale také jejími negativy. Praktická část se věnuje četnosti využití alternativních úvazků ve státní správě. Další část je věnována názorům respondentů na problematiku alternativního zaměstnání. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with current situation of the exploitation of alternative work types in the public administration in the Czech republic. The thesis is divided into two chapters. The first one describes labour market and comparision of advantages and disadvantages of flexible working hours. The second chapter uses the survey which is focused on frequency of utilizing different a types of flexible work. It also analyzes opinions of public administration on the flexible work type. Also, the survey searches questionnaire on potential troubles caused by these loads. |
