| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je výzkum na téma "Firemní komunikace". Cílem práce je zaznamenat formy firemní komunikace a její změny v projevech firemní kultury v korporátní organizaci a navrhnout vhodná opatření pro organizace, jak s těmito změnami pracovat. Teoretická část je zpracována formou rešerše. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem v organizaci pomocí metod dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru. V závěru jsou uvedena opatření a doporučení pro korigování změn v projevech firemní kultury a korigování elektronické komunikace zaměstnanců v organizaci. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is research on "Corporate communication". The aim of this work is to record forms of corporate communication and it´s changes in the manifestations of organizational culture in a corporate organization and to propose suitable measures for organizations how to work with these changes. The theoretical part is processed in the form of research. The practical part deals with research in the organization by means of questionnaire survey and interview. In conclusion, there are measures and recommendations for correcting changes in corporate culture and correcting electronic communication of employees in the organization. |
