| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá aplikací řízení práce z domova z pohledu manažera. Zkoumá, za jakých podmínek je práce z domova možná, jaké jsou její výhody a nevýhody a zdali tento způsob řízení vede k vyšší efektivitě pracovníků. Práce bude analyzovat i eko-nomické dopady zavedení home office. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jestli lze home office považovat za nový způsob výkonu práce ve 21. století.V teoretické části jsou shrnuty dosavadní poznatky o práci z domova a předsta-veny požadavky na manažera v rámci aplikace řízení home office. Praktická část má za cíl na základě osobních rozhovorů s manažery zjistit jednak spokojenost s tímto stylem řízení, jednak zda tento způsob řízení zvyšuje efektivitu pracovní výkonnosti zaměstnanců a jaké jsou jeho ekonomické aspekty. Závěrem se práce snaží zformu-lovat obecně platná pravidla pro aplikaci home office jako nástroj pro 21. století. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the application of homework management from the manager's point of view. It examines under what conditions it is possible to work from home, what are its advantages and disadvantages and whether this way of management leads to higher efficiency of workers. The work will also analyse the economic impact of the in-troduction of home office. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate whether the home office is the future of managerial style of management for the 21st century.The theoretical part summarizes the existing knowledge about working from home and introduces the requirements for a manager within the application of home office man-agement. The practical part is based on personal interviews with managers to find out both satisfaction with this management style, and whether this method of management increases the efficiency of work performance of employees and what are its economic aspects. Finally, the thesis tries to formulate generally applicable rules for the applica-tion of home office as a tool for the 21st century. |
