| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce byla komparace penzijních systémů České republiky a Švédského království k roku 2018. Obě země mají podobnou strukturu obyvatel a čelí demografickým změnám. Ve Švédském království úspěšně proběhla penzijní reforma v devadesátých letech, jejíž podobu ovlivnila mj. i jedna z problematických složek - stárnutí obyvatelstva. Provedenou analýzou byla vysvětlena koncepce penzijních systémů a následnou komparací byly srovnány oba státy podle demografických a ekonomických ukazatelů. Použitím SWOT analýzy byla zjištěna pozitiva, která v České republice zahrnují nastavení třetího pilíře. Naopak Švédské království má propracované nastavení penzijního zabezpečení. Negativem pro Českou republiku je chybějící druhý pilíř, zatímco ve Švédském království jsou jím vysoké výdaje na sociální zabezpečení. Mezi autorova doporučení pro Českou republiku patří například zavedení prémiové penze, přechod na NDC model, či vytvoření automatického mechanismu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis was to compare pension systems of the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Sweden until the year 2018. Both countries have a similar population structure and face demographic changes. In the Kingdom of Sweden, the pension reform was successfully implemented in the 1990s. Its form was influenced mainly by one of the most problematic factors - by the aging of the population. The analysis explained the concepts of pension systems and the subsequent analysis consisted of the comparison of these two countries based on their demographic and economic indicators. The SWOT analysis showed the positive effect of the third pillar in the Czech Republic. On the other hand, the Kingdom of Sweden has a well-developed structure of the pension system. The main deficiency of the Czech Republic is the absence of the second pillar, while for the Kingdom of Sweden it is a high social security expenditure. The author’s recommendations for the Czech Republic include the introduction of a premium pension, the transition to the NDC model, and the creation of an automatic mechanism. |
