| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je srovnání důchodových systémů České republiky aNizozemska pro rok 2019. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnat tyto dva systémy, vytvořitdoporučení pro Českou republiku a jaké možné změny a opatření by měla přijmou prozdokonalení svého systému. Tyto systémy jsou porovnány na úrovni ekonomických ademografických ukazatelů. V ukazateli HDP Česká republika stále zaostává zaNizozemskem, úroveň nezaměstnanosti a veřejného dluhu je však nižší. Demografickývývoj se predikuje horší pro Nizozemsko. V popisu důchodových systémů je všakzjištěno, že nizozemský systém je na demografické změny daleko lépe připraven a jecelkově kvalitnější než ten český. Nizozemsko vykazuje daleko vyšší míru náhradovéhopoměru a také stabilnější rozložení příjmu v důchodovém věku. Hlavními doporučenímipro český penzijní systém je zvýšení věku odchodu do důchodu a znovuzavedení druhéhopilíře. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of pension system of the CzechRepublic and the Netherlands in 2019. The main aim of this thesis is to compare thesystems, make recommendations for the Czech Republic, suggest possible changes andmeasures that should be taken to improve the system. Those systems are compared ateconomical and demographical indexes. The Czech Republic is still behind theNetherlands at GDP but unemployment rate and public debt are on a lower level. Theprediction of demographical development is worse for the Netherlands. The descriptionof pension systems shows, that the Dutch system is better prepared for these changes thanthe Czech system and that it is overall on higher level. The gross replacement rate ishigher in the Netherland and income is equally distributed during the retirement period.The main recommendations for Czech pension system are increasing the limit ofretirement age and reintroduction of second pillar. |
