| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o flexibilních formách zaměstnávání v České republice, Nizozemsku, Německu a Švédsku. Pomocí literární rešerše a analýzy statistických dat (především z Eurostatu a OECD) zkoumá využívání jednotlivých forem flexibilní práce v těchto zemích a pokouší se identifikovat hlavní skupiny obyvatelstva, které je využívají a příčiny, které je k tomu vedou, případně rizika, kterým jsou kvůli tomu vystaveni. Česká republika ve využívání flexibilních forem zaměstnávání oproti jiným zemím v EU významně zaostává, proto je důležitou částí práce doporučení, jak posílit flexibilitu na českém trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with flexible forms of employment in the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Germany and Sweden. Using literature research and analysis of statistical data(mainly from Eurostat and OECD), it explores the use of different forms of flexible work and attempts to identify the main social groups using the flexible form of work and the main reasons for their use as well as main risks they are exposed to because of it. The Czech Republic is significantly lagging behind in the use of flexible forms of employment compared to other EU countries; therefore, an important part of the thesis is the recommendation on how to improve flexibility on the Czech labor market. |
