| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je prozkoumání vzdělávacího systému v konkrétní organizaci jako zdroje motivace pracovníků, snížení fluktuace a zlepšení pracovního výkonu. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou uvedené teoretické poznatky, které jsou potřebné pro pochopení vzdělávání ve firmách a motivace pracovníků. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu vzdělávacího systému v konkrétní firmě, jenž byl zkoumán pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce je představena analýza odpovědí zaměstnanců a doporučení změn. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the education system in a particular organization as a source of employee motivation, reducing fluctuation and improving work performance. The thesis contains theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are given theoretical knowledge, which are necessary for understanding the education in companies and motivation of workers. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the educational system in a particular organization, which was examined using a questionnaire survey. At the end of the work is presented an analysis of employees' answers and recommendations for changes. |
