| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na participativní rozpočty v obcích. V České republice se začal tento proces rozpočtování používat poměrně nedávno a existují oblasti, které ještě nebyly zmapovány. Prvně je v práci rozebrána problematika definování participativních rozpočtů, výhody a nevýhody jeho zavedení a příklady praktického využití této metody v zahraničí. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na analýzu participativních rozpočtů v České republice s důrazem na finanční stránku procesu. Konkrétně je analyzována velikost participativního rozpočtu, nákladové omezení jednoho projektu, provozní náklady a vícenáklady. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the participatory budgeting in the municipalities. This practise is quite new in the Czech Republic, therefore there are some areas that are yet to be analysed. The first part of this thesis is focused on the issue of defining the participatory budgeting, on the advantages, the disadvantages and the examples of the practical use of this method abroad. Secondly this thesis analyses the participatory budgeting in the Czech Republic with a focus on the financial side of the process. Mainly it is focused on the size of the participatory budgeting, on the limitation of the costs, on the operating costs and on the additional costs. |
