| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je optimalizace vnitropodnikové logistiky prostřednictvím technologie Milkrun ve společnosti Bochemie a.s. Konkrétně se jedná o vytvořený návrh nové technologie, vytvořený za kooperace s vedením společnosti, který může v budoucnu sloužit jako podklad pro strategické rozhodování společnosti. V teoretické části je představen pojem logistika a její historie, dále jsou vysvětleny pojmy kanban, JIT, Milkrun, metoda DMAIC, logistický řetězec, logistické plýtvání a další. Praktická část obsahuje analýzyu, měření a samotný návrh autorky na technologii Milkrun. V poslední částí práce se pak současná a navrhovaná technologie hodnotí z hlediska pořizovacích a provozních nákladů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master’s thesis is to optimise internal logistics by Milkrun implementation in company Bochemie a.s. Specifically is this paper about created propsal of new technology, that was made with cooperation with comapny’s management. This proposal could provide a foundation for company’s strategical management in the future. In theoretical part the concept of logistics and it’s history is introduced. Then we explain concept of kanban, JIT, Milkrun, DMAIC methodology, supply chain, waste in logistics and others. The practical part contains of analysis, measurement and the main proposal of Milkrun technology made by author. In the final part current and offered technologies are compared in terms of investment and operational costs. |
