| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá praktickými dopady implementace Obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů (dále jen GDPR) do stávajících informačních systémů. Práce analyzuje změny a nové povinnosti, které GDPR přináší, a to v porovnání s dřívějším zákonem č. 101/2000 Sb. o ochraně osobních údajů a o změně některých zákonů. Teo-retická část vymezuje základní pojmy zpracovávané problematiky, analyzuje a navrhu-je možná řešení implementace do informačních systémů v obecné rovině. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou informačního systému a provedeným řešením na VŠE. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the practical implications of the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) into existing information systems. It analyzes changes and new obligations that GDPR brings in comparison with the previous Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data and amending certain laws. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of concerned issues, analyzes and suggests possible solutions to implementation in information systems in general. The practical part deals with analysis of information system and implemented solution at VŠE (University of Economics, Prague). |
