| Abstract: | The research was conducted relying on the absence of comparative analysis of the Family Business Codes. The Thesis starts by examining the definition of Governance codes, Family Business, Family Business codes. Points out positive sides and weaknesses of the Family Businesses. Claims the importance of Family Business Codes for families, businesses and their environment. Presents chosen Family Business codes. Finds similarities and differences between them with the help of coding of the corresponding Codes. And as a final step concludes by describing the main differences between the Family Business Codes. |

| Abstract: | Výzkum byl proveden na základě neexistence srovnávací analýzy kódů rodinných podniků. Práce začíná zkoumáním definice kodexů správy věcí veřejných, rodinných podniků, kodexů rodinných podniků. Poukazuje na pozitivní stránky a slabosti rodinných podniků. Tvrdí význam kódů rodinných podniků pro rodiny, podniky a jejich prostředí. Představuje vybrané kódy rodinné firmy. Nalezne podobnosti a rozdíly mezi nimi pomocí kódování odpovídajících kódů. A v posledním kroku končí popisem hlavních rozdílů mezi kódy rodinných podniků. |
