| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ocenění. Cílem diplomové práce je volba metody ocenění vybraného podniku se zdůvodněním výběru. Výběr vhodné metody rovněž naplňuje předmět práce. Před určením výsledné metody jsou provedeny dvě stěžejní analýzy, analýza strategická a finanční. Na základě těchto analýz je pro následující tři roky proveden finanční plán společnosti. Hlavním motivem k sepsání této diplomové práce je nejen zjištění vhodné metody ocenění, ale tato práce je rovněž významná pro majitele společnosti. Podnik je představen postupným sběrem sekundárních dat. Primární data z interních zdrojů jsou využita především při analýze finanční. Finanční analýza je provedena na základě kvantitativního výzkumu. Výstupem diplomové práce je konkrétní metoda, která je společnosti Delicates ČR, s.r.o. doporučena k ocenění. Tato metoda je následně diskutována v souvislosti s výsledky provedených analýz. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of valuation. The aim of the diploma thesis is choosing the method of valuation of the selected company with the justification of the choice. Choosing a suitable method also fills the subject of the thesis. Two key analyzes, the strategic analysis and the financial analysis, are carried out before determining the resulting method. Based on these analyzes, the company's financial plan is implemented for the next three years. The main motive for writing this thesis is not only finding a suitable method of valuation, but this work is also important for the owner of the company. The company is introduced by gradual collection of secondary data. Primary data from internal sources are used mainly in financial analysis. The financial analysis is based on quantitative research. The output of the thesis is a specific method, which is the company Delicates ČR, ltd recommended for valuation. This method is then discussed in connection with the results of the analyzes performed. |
