| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice reklamačních řízení v rámci letecké pře-pravy osob. Jejím cílem je uvést čtenáře do problematiky a nastínit možná řešení a návody, kterými se lze při reklamaci v letecké přepravě řídit. Pro výzkum v rámci práce byly použity metody výzkumu dotazník, rozhovory, analýza či syntéza. Závě-rem práce je tvorba jednoduchého návodu jak postupovat při reklamaci v letecké přepravě osob. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of complaint procedures in the air transport of persons. Its aim is to introduce the issue to the reader and outline possible solutions and instructions that can be followed in the complaint process in air transport. The research methods used were the questionnaire, interviews, analysis or synthesis. The conclusion of the work is the creation of simple instructions on how to proceed in the complaint process in air transport. |
