| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá lean managementem, respektive jeho technikami s možností implementace v procesech organizace. Cílem práce je zmapování využíva-ných technik této disciplíny, zjištění jejich rysů a vytipování bariér, které mohou bránit jejich zavedení do procesů organizace. Výzkum této práce bude spočívat ve využití metody ohniskových skupin (focus group), při které budou data získávána pomocí interakcí ve vytipovaných skupinách. Výsledky výzkumu budou shrnuty a porovnány se studovanou literaturou. Metodologie práce spočívá v kvalitativním výzkumu, kde budu využívat metodu fo-cus group (ohniskové skupiny), při které data budou získávána skupinovou interakcí v rámci debaty a taky pozorováním jednaní respondentů.Na základě výstupu z provedených ohniskových skupin posoudím, jak jsou lean techniky vnímány uvnitř organizací, jaké jsou bariéry k jejich implementaci a jak je zavedení lean technik ovlivněno vnějším a vnitřním firemním prostředím. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims at lean management and its techniques and intended to describe the possibility of lean techniques implementation to the organization processes. The aim of this work is to map used techniques of this discipline, to find out their features and to identify barriers that may prevent their introduction into the processes of the organization. The research of this work will be based on the use of focus group method, in which data will be obtained through interactions in selected groups. The research results will be summarized and compared with the studied literature.The methodology of the work is based on qualitative research, where I will use the focus group method, in which the data will be obtained by group interaction in the debate and also by observing the behaviour of respondents.Based on the output of the focus groups, I will assess how lean techniques are perceived within organizations, what are the barriers to their implementation and how the introduction of lean techniques is influenced by the external and internal corporate environment. |
