| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je z oblasti veřejné správy. Jejím zaměřením jsou rozpočty obcí, konkrétně příjmy, výdaje a dotace. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů z oblasti veřejné správy, kterými jsou územní samospráva, nástroje finančního hospodaření a rozpočet. Praktická část se věnuje komparativní analýze dvou obcí. Tato část analyzuje příjmy a výdaje plynoucí do rozpočtu a z rozpočtu obcí. Sledovaným obdobím jsou roky 2015-2019 |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the area of state administration and focuses one the municipal bud gets, specifically on revenues and expenditures, and grants obtained. The theoretical part explains the basic terms of state administration, ie. territorial governe ment, the tools of financial management and budget of the municipality. The practical part focuses on the comparative analysis of the economical management of two chosen municipalities. In this part, also revenues and expenditures flowing into as well as from the municpal budgets are analysed. The monitoring period are years 2015-2019 |
