| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit tržní hodnotu společnosti NOVASERVIS spol. s r.o.k 1.1.2018. V prvních dvou kapitolách jsou uvedeny základní informace k ocenění a o oceňované společnosti. Poté následují strategická a finanční analýza, na které navazujeanalýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu, jehož reálnost je ověřenastručnou finanční analýzou. V předposlední kapitole je provedeno samotné ocenění, přičemžjako hlavní metoda je použita metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků (DCF) ve variantěentity, doplňkovou metodou pak je metoda tržního porovnání ve dvou variantách. V posledníkapitole jsou pak analyzovány dopady změn vybraných vstupních veličin na hodnotuspolečnosti. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the companyNOVASERVIS spol. s r.o. as of 1.1.2018. The first two chapters of this thesis give basicinformation about the valuation and about the valuated company. Then follows the strategicaland financial analysis, the analysis and prognosis of the value drivers and the completion offinancial plan. The feasibility of the financial plan is assessed by a brief financial analysis. Thevaluation with use of DCF entity as the main method and market comparation approach in twovariants as the supplementary method are performed in the penultimate chapter. In the lastchapter the impact of changes in selected inputs on value of the company is analysed. |
