| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem a analýzou pojištění odpovědnosti za jaderná rizika vůči třetím osobám ve světě a v ČR. Cílem této práce je následně zhodnotit celkovou připravenost jednotlivých mezinárodních režimů pojištění odpovědnosti na případnou jadernou nehodu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část – Teoretická část se věnuje popisu jednotlivých mezinárodních úmluv, mezinárodních orgánů a jaderných poolů. Praktická část je věnována analýze nejvýznamnějších nehod z pohledu odpovědnosti. Na základě získaných poznatků se poslední část věnuje zhodnocení režimů pojištění odpovědnosti za jaderné škody. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis focuses on the description and analysis of liability regimes for nuclear risks in the world and in Czech Republic. Goal of this thesis is to evaluate these regimes in contrast of a nuclear accident. Thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part focuses on analysis of nuclear liability international conventions, international agencies and nuclear insurance pools. Practical part focuses on analysis of significant nuclear accidents throughout nuclear history (from the liability point of view). The goal of the last part is to evaluate nuclear liability regimes based on the results of the analysis. |
