| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma Porovnání finanční gramotnosti středoškolských a vysokoškolských studentů a zaměstnanců územních samosprávných celků v Pardubickém kraji se zabývá významem a aktuální situací finanční gramotnosti v ČR. V teoretické části se práce nejprve zabývá základní charakteristikou, dále finanční gramotností jako mezinárodním politickým tématem a v neposlední řadě finanční gramotností jako politickým tématem v ČR. Nemenší pozornost je věnována testování finanční gramotnosti a aktuálním vzdělávacím projektům v ČR. Druhá kapitola teoretické části se zabývá vývojem a základní charakteristikou jednotlivých finančních produktů, které byly obsaženy v otázkách v dotazníkovém šetření. V empirické části jsou detailně a velmi přehledně vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkové šetření v Pardubickém kraji, kterého se zúčastnilo 226 respondentů. Vyhodnocení je provedeno dvojím způsobem, podle pohlaví a věku respondentů a podle aktuálního statusu respondentů. Na závěr práce doporučuje změny ve finančním vzdělávání, které by mohly vést ke zvýšení úrovně finanční gramotnosti na území ČR. Diplomová práce vychází z legislativy platné pro rok 2019. |

| Abstract: | The Diploma Thesis on the Comparison of Financial Literacy of Secondary School and University Students and Employees of Regional Self-Governing Units in the Pardubice Region presents the importance and current level of financial literacy in the Czech Republic. First, the theoretical part handles the basic characteristics of financial literacy and explains it as an international political topic. It also describes financial literacy as a political topic in the Czech Republic. The chapter also deals with financial literacy testing and current educational projects that are being held in the Czech Republic. The second chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the development and basic characteristics of individual financial products that were included in the questionnaire constuction amongst the respondents. In the practical part of the Thesis, the results of the questionnaire survey that was carried out in the Pardubice Region and was filled in by 226 respondents, are evaluated in detailed. The evaluation is carried out in two levels - by gender and age of the respondents and by their current status. In the conclusion, the Diploma Thesis provides proposals for changes in financial education, which may increase the level of financial literacy in the Czech Republic. The Diploma Thesis is based on legislation that came into effect in 2019. |
