| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění tržní hodnoty společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. tržním porovnáním. Toto ocenění se provádí k datu 31.12.2018 z důvodu hypotetické první veřejné nabídky. Nejprve je v této práci oceňovaná společnost představena a následně je provedena strategická analýza a finanční analýza. Na jejich základě je zjištěno, zda oceňovaná společnost má potenciál budoucího růstu a splňuje předpoklad tzv. going concern. Poté je společnost oceněna metodou tržního porovnání ve variantě srovnatelných podniků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate market value of ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. by using relative valuation. This valuation is performed on 31 December 2018 due to the hypothetical first public offering. Firstly, the valuated company is presented and then strategic and financial analyses are performed. Based on them, it is ascertained whether the valuated company has a potential for future growth and meets the assumption of going concern. Subsequently the company is valued by the relative method of market comparison using comparable companies. |
