| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou finanční gramotnosti českých občanů v oblasti penzijního systému. Skládá se ze 4 částí. V první kapitole pozornost je věnována vymezení důležitých pojmů souvisejících s penzijním systémem, jeho historii a klasifikaci. Druhá je pak zaměřena na fungování penzijního systému konkrétně v ČR (vč. struktury, hlavních problémů, determinant ovlivňujících výši starobní penze, postupu při odchodu do důchodu apod.). Třetí kapitola je věnována finanční gramotnosti a její složkám, a kromě toho obsahuje stručnou informaci o finančním vzdělávání v ČR. Poslední část dané diplomové práce je založená na vlastním dotazníkovém šetření - v ní se pokusím ohodnotit výsledky zúčastněných respondentů a otestovat stanovené hypotézy na základě získaných dat. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the analysis of financial literacy of Czech citizens in the area of the pension system. It consists of four parts. In the first chapter, I would like to define the important terms related to the pension system, its history and classification. In the second part, I will look closely to the pension system particularly in the Czech Republic (including the structure, main problems and determinants affecting the amount of pension). I the third chapter I will focus on financial literacy and its components – this part also contains brief information about financial education in the Czech Republic. The last part of the thesis is based on my own questionnaire - in this chapter I will try to evaluate the survey results and test the hypotheses based on the data obtained. |
