| Abstract: | Má diplomová práce pojednává o historii a vývoji účetních záznamů od přepisovacích forem, přes ty propisovací s využitím uhlového papíru, mechanické s využitím psacích strojů i automatizované spojené s nástupem prvních počítačů a účetních programů. Jedna podkapitola je věnována i robotizaci, která je trendem 21. století a v nemalé míře začíná zasahovat i účetní softwary a náplň práce účetní. Další z kapitol je věnována hlediskům a doporučením, podle kterých by měl podnikatel vybírat vhodný účetní software. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje čtyři vybrané účetní softwary a jejich dostupné licenční balíčky, které si může podnikatel zakoupit.V rámci praktické části mé diplomové práce jsem se rozhodla provést analýzu těchto čtyř vybraných účetních softwarů z hlediska předem stanovených kritérií a určit ten nejvhodnější pro předem danou outsourcingovou společnost poskytující účetní i daňové služby. |

| Abstract: | My master´s thesis is dedicated to the history and development of accounting records from the period of writing form through printing form with the use of carbon paper, mechanical form with the use of typewriter and automatic with the use of early computer and accounting software. One subchapter discusses about robotization which is a 21st century trend that is stating to influence accounting software and job descriptions of accountants.Next chapter is dedicated to criterias and recommendations, which could help entrepreneurs to choose the right accounting software according to their requirements. The fourth chapter describes four accounting softwares and their available licence packages for users.In the particular part of my master´s thesis, I decided to make an analysis of these four accounting softwares. The analysis is realized according to criterias, which were set previously. The result of this analysis is the selection of the correct accounting software for outsourcing company which provide accounting and tax services for the clients. |
