| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem reportingu v podnicích se zakázkovým typem výroby. Nejprve je popsáno, co je reporting, kdo jsou jeho uživatelé, jaké má vlastnosti, kdo ho tvoří a kde jsou obvykle čerpána jeho vstupní data. Další část práce se zaměřuje na specifika manažerského účetnictví v zakázkově orientovaných podnicích. Aplikační část rozebírá reporting konkrétní zakázkové společnosti, analyzuje jeho stav a navrhuje změny ve vstupních datech a nový systém reportů.Cílem práce je zanalyzovat současný stav reportingu v dané společnosti a zjistit jeho případné nedostatky. Druhým cílem je navrhnout efektivní systém reportů pro management a ostatní zainteresované osoby. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of reporting in companies with custom-made manufacturing. Firstly, it is described what the reporting is, who its users are, what features it has, who creates it and where its input data usually is drawn. The following part of the thesis focuses on the specifics of management accounting in job-order companies. The practical part of the thesis analyses reporting of a concrete job-order company analyses its status and suggests changes in input data and a new reporting system.The goal of this work is to analyse the current state of reporting in the company and to identify its possible shortcomings. The second goal is to design an effective reporting system for management and other stakeholders. |
