| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci jsou analyzovány výdaje na sport a sportovní činnosti v České republice mezi lety 2006 až 2018. V teoretické části jsou představeny pojmy spojené se státním rozpočtem a financováním sportu obecně a vybrané teorie hospodářského cyklu. . Na základě provedené analýzy se nepodařilo potvrdit hypotézu, že výdaje z veřejného sektoru jsou závislé na aktuálním průběhu hospodářského cyklu. V závěru je konstatováno, že dominantní vliv na financování sportu mají politická rozhodnutí a také vztahy mezi lidmi, kteří o dotace žádají a komisí, která finanční prostředky přiděluje. Ve sledovaném období se potvrdilo, že výdaje na sport rostou jak nominálně, tak i v poměru k výši HDP. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the expenditure on sport and sports activities in the Czech Republic between 2006 and 2018. The theoretical part introduces the concepts associated with the state budget and financing sport in general and selected theories of the business cycle. Based on the performed analysis, it was not possible to confirm the hypothesis that public sector expenditures are dependent on the current phase of the business cycle. In conclusion, it is stated that political decisions as well as relations between people applying for subsidies and the committee allocating funds have a dominant influence on the financing of sport. In the period under review, it was confirmed that expenditure on sport increased both nominally and in proportion to GDP. |
